Jeffrey Allan Chadwick was born December 16, 1960 in the Detroit area of Michigan.
Attended Divine Child High School in Dearborn, MI.
Went on to attend Grand Valley State University where he competed in track and field, along with football from 1979 to 1982.
Was a wide receiver for Grand Valley State University. At the time he was 6'3" and 185 pounds.
Was admitted to Grand Valley's hall of fame in 1993.
Was never drafted by an NFL team.
Played in 126 games over 10 NFL seasons (1983 to 1992) for the Detroit Lions, the Seattle Seahawks, and the Los Angeles Rams.
Career total of 4,549 yards and 27 touchdowns
Was a Receiver/Tight End Coach at Adrenaline Athletic Training in Riverside, CA.

Was inducted into the GVSU Hall of Fame in 1993.
Graduated from GVSU in 1986.
The first active professional athlete inducted into the GVSU Hall of Fame.
Earned 5 letters in football and track from 1979-1982.
Was the outdoor track record holder in the high jump (6-10) and the 400-meter dash (:49.4) for many years.
Caught 75 passes for 1,512 yards and 19 touchdowns, which at the time stood as career records.
